Privacy Policy
Image Online Free is built around one principle: your photos stay on your device. This policy explains what we do — and, more importantly, what we do not do — with your data.
Last updated: 27 July 2026.
In short: we do not receive or store the image files you process with the tools; image operations run locally in your browser. The site uses Google Analytics and Google AdSense, which can process device, usage and advertising data according to consent choices and applicable settings.
1. Who we are
Image Online Free is operated by POSITIVE VIBRATION SLU, Gran Canaria, Spain ("we", "us"), and provides free browser-based image tools at imageonlinefree.com. For any question about this policy or your privacy, you can contact us at [email protected].
2. How your files are processed
When you use any tool, your files are read from your device and processed entirely inside your browser using JavaScript. The resulting file is generated on your device and downloaded directly to your disk. Your images are never sent to our servers or to any third party for processing. When you close or reload the page, any temporary data held in memory is cleared.
3. Information we collect
We do not ask for, or collect, personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms, and no newsletters. Specifically, we do not collect:
- Your image files or any content inside them
- Filenames or image metadata
- Your name, email, or other personal details (unless you choose to email us)
Google Analytics, Google AdSense and normal hosting logs process limited technical, usage and advertising data separately from the content of your selected image files — see sections 4, 5 and 7 below.
4. Cookies and consent
This site uses Google Analytics and Google AdSense. These services may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to measure usage, prevent abuse, deliver advertising and, where permitted by your choices, personalise advertising. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google requires participating AdSense publishers to use a Google-certified consent management platform for personalised ads. The consent message lets eligible visitors consent, refuse or manage available purposes. You can revisit those choices through the privacy controls supplied by the message. Some limited requests may still be used for security, fraud prevention, consent signalling or non-personalised measurement where permitted.
5. Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We use Google AdSense to display ads that keep the site free. Google may use cookies and your device and usage data to measure traffic and to show or personalise ads according to applicable law, regional settings and your consent choices. Google acts under its own terms and privacy information for these services. Learn more in Google's Privacy & Terms, and manage personalised ads at Google Ad Settings.
6. Third-party libraries
To run image processing in your browser, the site loads open-source JavaScript libraries
(such as Cropper.js, browser-image-compression, heic-to, and exifr). These libraries are hosted
directly on this website under assets/vendor/, so no third-party CDN is contacted
to load them. In every case only library code is fetched — your images are always processed locally
and never leave your browser.
7. Hosting and server logs
The website is served as static files. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp) as part of normal HTTP delivery and security. These logs are unrelated to your image content, which never leaves your device.
8. Data retention
Because we do not collect your files or personal data, we have nothing to retain or delete on your behalf. Any technical hosting logs are kept only for the limited period needed for security and operation.
9. Your rights
Under data-protection laws such as the EU/UK GDPR, you have rights to access, correct, or erase personal data, and to object to processing. Since we do not collect personal data, there is normally nothing for us to act on — but if you have contacted us by email and want that correspondence deleted, write to [email protected] and we will comply.
10. Children
Image Online Free is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from anyone, including children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be available on this page.
