Quality, accuracy and important limitations
Absence from the displayed table is not a forensic guarantee that a file contains no other embedded information. Re-encoding can also change file size and introduce a small lossy-generation change.
Image quality depends strongly on the source. A high-resolution original normally leaves more room for cropping and resizing, while a small screenshot or previously compressed download may already contain blur, ringing or block artefacts. Saving a new file cannot restore information that is absent from the source. When accuracy matters, compare the finished file side by side with the original.
Private browser processing and device performance
The selected image is processed locally by JavaScript and browser canvas APIs. The editing operation does not require the file to be uploaded to the Image Online Free server. This is useful for ordinary personal and work images, but you should still control where downloaded copies are stored and who can access your device.
Large images require more memory because the browser must decode the compressed file into pixels. A modern camera photo may occupy far more memory than its file size suggests.
